YEYYYY..ITS FRIDAY!

Yeyyy..today is friday, last day of the week is always great.. tomorrow no office works darlings, mama & papa can spend time with you all .This morning when mama was leaving the house for office you both were shouting, wanted to follow mama..so sian..tengok you all mama snapped your fotos and upload here today..nanti dah besar boleh tengok ok,so that when you have grown up become somebody in life, while mama&papa have become old unsophisticated people you will remember that these old people were one day-young,full of energy,some body and understand everything that's going on in the mind of young and trendy people.
This morning mama nearly lost one finger while chopping meat for your porridge..lucky the chopper landed at the side of mama's finger..otherwise tak tau nak cakap apa.
It was a busy week..mama is so glad that tomorrow we can spend time together, on Wednesday mama received call from Kak ita, mama's friend, she used to work at same office with mama long time ago, she is now running her husband's business who is a politician.She told mama that she was robbed at her house-so scary the story, she and family is staying at a big bungalow on a large piece of land in a kampung area near UIA-she was renovating her kitchen and suspected something was not right when the workers were doing work at an extremely slow pace..her intuition was right when the following week 6 indonesian workers came to her house at nite..bundled and tied she and her family including her 7 year old daughter-farhana-mama so takut dengar-fearing for farhana safety as now a days robbery is always followed by rape incident. Lucky they didn't do anything to kak ita or farhana but the tramautised ordeal was so long .it lasted for one hour-they were looking for cash,they slapped kak ita's husband, hit her 3 sons with wood-but they didn't keep cash in the house,after one hour,they took their flat screen TV,lap tops,and all other sophisticated gadgets belong to the sons and husbands,handphones,blackkberry and expensive watches, loaded everthing in the family's BMW X5 and drove away.So be carefull if anybody is renovating house always keep your eyes open and inform your neighbour as well.That's the scary story.
Today,mama received a white envelope from HR department here in the office-mama has received the Cert of Diploma at Higher Professional Level from University of Cambridge.Mama did this diploma together with MBA a fully sponsored program by the Company-dah lama buat dah tapi hari ni la baru dapat cert tu...SYUKUR, ALHAMDULILLAH.The Profesor asked..anybody to pursue PHD..adoii cukup la dulu..Mama just nak main..main..and main with you all now..and plus shopping,shopping-and auntie ita manchester will teman mama..hee..hee

DAGING SALAI MASAK LEMAK CILI PADI@BELIMBING BULUH
Bahan2
sekeping daging tempatan bahagian berlemak berat 1/2 kilo
cilipadi 8 biji or 10 or more depends dgn ketahanan lidah (merah dan hijau)
kunyit hidup stau inci
dua biji bawang putih,2 bawang merah
1 biji kelapa utk santan (sedap guna santan yang diperah sendiri dari santan pack)
garam
8 biji or 10 biji belimbing
cara
daging jgn potong-terus cucu,dah tu lap dgn kitchen towel, letak atas api-gas stov eor better dapur arang kalau rajin-panggang sampai keluar minyak daging dan bau sedap.dah garing sikit luar,dalam tak berapa masak tak pe,hiris2 la selebar dua jari (masa ni kalau daging tu cicah garam pun sodap makan)
tumbuk cilipdai,kunyit and bawang hancur2.
dah hiris daging tu rasa dulu..tengok lembut ke keras-kalau keras masuk dalam periuk bubuh air sikit,taruk bahan yang di tumbuk tadi dan rebus sampai lembut, kalau daging dah sedia lembut masuk bahan ditumbuk gaul2,kacau atas api sampai bergaul mesra.dah tu masukkan santan-kira la jgn terlebih atau terkurang-nak sedap mesti bila kita ceduk kuah dia nampak licin tapi likat-bukan pekat macam bertepung, dah mendidih,masuk belimbing yang dah dibuang hujung dan pangkal dan belah dua,masuk garam-bila belimbing dah lembut sikit tutup la api.
Apa lauk sampingan?sedap dimakan dgn terung bakar,terung panjang yang besar tu-bakar sebiji-sebiji tu sampai la dia lembut dan pecah,buat sambal belacan atau sambal cili padi taruk asam limau-belah terung tu dan sapu la sambal kat atas tu..sedap sangat la makan sampai tak nampak orang
Apa nak buat kalau buah belimbing banyak?nak simpan lama2 dia tak tahan..buat la jeruk senang jer..cuci buah belimbing dah tu masuk sekejap dalam air panas, jgn lama,nampak tukar jer sikit warna angkat,masuk dalam botol dan taruk garam banyak..jangan taruk air,sebab belimbing akan keluarkan air yang pekat dan sedap.dah tu tutup ketat2..kalau masuk udara,belimbing nanti cendawan.Biar tinggal dalam botol seminggu .dua bila belimbing dah lembut boleh la nak simpan dalam fridge botol tu.How tu makan-bila bulan puasa nak bukak selera atau masa sahur-boleh buat sambal ikan bilis mentah atau belacan atau bakar ikan dan tumbuk dgn cili padi dalam lesung, dah tu ambik la satu atau dua bijik belimbing jeruk ni dan tenyeh dalam sambal tu..amat la membuka selera.Selamat mencuba.
